   Whats the name of this logical fallacy? “if you don’t convict this man of murder, you might be his next victim!” oh yeah, The Appeal to Fear. Now the fox news version “if you don’t condone torture you may be killed by terrorists!”

   But honestly, torture has never been effective at doing anything besides causing more pain and hardship in the world. Back in the inquisition it was very effective for extracting false confessions from innocent people, history repeats itself?

    Fox News should go off the air. Outfoxed documentary anyone? It depicts O’Reilly contradicting himself on more than a few occasions. Torture is forbidden by the Geneva convention. Enhanced interrogation is a rose by another name. The use of torture is a trait of civilization that separates a free society from a tyranny…. Defending Fox News makes you a clinical idiot, as per the documentary I saw…. Don’t get me started on O’Reilly’s rant about needing more faith to be an atheist.

    Two people were waterboarded…. Our navy seals MUST undergo waterboarding in training… The fact still remains that there have been no attacks on American soil since 9/11 due to the vigilence of our CIA and other governmental agencies that did their job to protect us. Success.. yes… you can take the plane, the train, the bus,shop,go to the movies,because intelligence collected prevented further attacks.You may not like that fact but it is a fact. Can’t change that no matter how you slice it!
