man with a plan asked:
For a non-profit historical society, I am trying to implement the most important success factors we are adding to their current business plan. I focused on interactiveness, low cost methods of growing, utilization of their property in short. My teacher said these are weak and to search the term on Google. I was not able to find anything on Google. I am not quite sure what she is trying to get across, should i be focusing on what the management needs to do? On the products? Any insight would be helpful.

I think you should be looking at things like job analysis, employee selection, employee performance and satisfaction, employee appraisal and those sorts of things as well, because without productive employees, your business cannot thrive.
